IS YOUR CHILD READY FOR STROKE LESSONS?

Is your child an ISR of Lake Lanier Swimmer? If you answered yes, I have great news!  ISR of Lake Lanier now offers Beginner Stroke Swim Lessons to children ages 3+!  Stroke lessons build upon your child's already existing self-rescue swim skills. Students 4 and up will work on the Front Crawl (freestyle), Rhythmic Breathing (breathing on one side), and the Backstroke!

Your child can learn more coordinated swim skills including:

• Specific stroke instruction
• Putting face in water
• Alternating arms
• Stronger kicks
• Diving for toys
