Stroke Lessons: Beginner Backstroke

I am excited to be able to provide stroke lessons for my ISR students who have tested out as Swim-Float-Swimmers and are ready to start learning beginner stroke lessons such as the backstroke! At stroke lessons you will hear Ms. Robin saying "Chicken, airplane, soldier!"  This is the terminology she uses when teaching an ISR stroke swimmer the beginner backstroke, which is the precursor to the backstroke.
